In this group narrative me and my group of Thomas, Arsal, Cole, and Bretton we decided to right a funny story.
I Didn't Mean to Kill Her
“I didn’t mean to kill her, I swear!” I said to Buster. “I swear! I didn’t mean to kill her!” I was working with my best friend on an under the table hitman job. We had been planning for weeks. My best friend Buster runs the hitman business but I help when I can. It is a sketchy business, but I get paid a lot of money for it so I guess it’s fine then.
Buster got hired to take out a hit on a member of the underground weapon dealing business. The dealer was a high ranking member of the U.S military. After all of our planning we decided that we would take him out on a sniper's perch across from a debate that was going to take place in New York City. The dealer was named Nathan and he was working security for Hillary Clinton.
It was cold and the air was crisp on that night in New York. I got my SMX-200 loaded and went up to the perch in a parking garage. As i was waiting for the the mark to arrive I took in the view of the glimmering Hudson River in the moonlight. I looked back at the building across the street and realised that Nathan was pulling up and about to step out of the his car. I scoped in on Nathan’s head, i took a breath and pulled the trigger. I thought I hit my target but when i looked up I saw Hillary lying on the floor. People were running and emergency personnel were trying to revive her. Trump was in shock and being rushed out to his car by his security guards. I couldn’t believe what i had just done.
I knew I had to escape. I was the most wanted man in America. Not a single news channel wasn’t covering what i had just done. Seal Team 6 was on the manhunt for me. I did the first thing that came to mind and ran. I sprinted down the parking garage and then I saw the military searching the garage for me. I turned and made a mad dash for the side of the garage. They saw me and started running after me. When I made it I leaped into the Hudson River.
I swam downstream, “Boy was that cold” I whispered like nothing happened, I got out of the river and I went to a small clothes store while I was soaking wet. I got a hoodie and a hat. I raced to find Buster in his black van just down the street. When I jumped in, “Did you do the job” Buster asked, “I hit the wrong person” I said. “You had one job and you couldn't even do it right” he yelled. He drove me to the airport and I hopped off and surreptitiously went past the security teams at the airport. I hopped on the fastest plane to Panama. They found no trace of me in the Hudson River. It has been 20 years and I am still living healthy. It has been the hardest thing to live with, Knowing that I killed someone. Nobody has found me to this day and I guess you could say i got away with murder.
